As per the previous post, "How To: Make XP Look Like Vista", I had strongly recommended downloading True Transparency to complete the Vista effect. Below is a youtube video review of that program (the audio is fairly loud, so turn down your volume). Please note that the updated True Transparency version can now startup on its own, so you don't have to double click on it to turn it on each time you boot up.
