Can't upload to Turntable.fm with Hotspot Shield

Received this email today. Still don't know how to fix it since HSS hasn't been working for me lately). Any tips would be appreciated:

Your blog postings have been invaluable for me. I'm actually using HSS for accessing the wonderful Turntable FM from here in the UK, and it works great, but the only thing I can't do is upload tracks of my own…TTFM reports  that it was unable to.

I'm on a mac, no firewall... Please do feel free to use this email if it would make for an interesting articlle, but please don't use my name..!
